1. 8 hours sleep daily.
2. Training Strategy - Cardio,Weights,Intensity,Consistency
3. Nutrition - Eat Protein each meal, Eat Complex Carbs, Eat Fibrous Veges

5. READ GOAL EVERY DAY.

3) Straddle Splits
This will require daily stretching to gain such flexibility. Once I succeed I'll feel amazing about myself, and I can add it to my hot dance moves.

Learn basic Parkour
I need to get in great physical fitness first and get my heart a little more healed, start working on basic parkour warm ups until I feel alright with them, find a local group to hook up with and watch, get a mentor in the group willing to help me learn, start working out with the group until I can get at least the basics down

Lose Weight, Be 120-125 Pounds Again, Get Fit!
Well, first I need to keep in mind what I want to look like and why. These girls all have rockin' bodies and stay in shape. Audrina works out often in order to stay looking how she does. All three look how I want to look. Being able to wear tank tops or t-shirts and have their stomach not pop-out. Also to wear a fitted tee and being able to see space between the shirt and my stomach. hm, that makes sense to me.
* I need to start keeping track of what I eat and and being more conscious of what I put into my body. I can not just eat because I am bored or upset, and I need to eat better and healthier.
* I need to make a workout plan and follow through with it. I need to find a good plan that I enjoy doing so I want to keep doing it. I also need to find out what exercises I should do to work on what I want to get done, how often and how much I should do it. And also if I should do different work-outs on different days. There's just so much out there that it confuses me.
* I need to find a way to learn more about healthy living.
Hm, help would be Ah-May-Zing!!
But I really NEED to do this for me! I want to be healthy and I want to feel super sexy, and to me.. that is what is sexy, having a body like those girls.
I want to get skinney and be able to maintain it.
How? I don't know yet.
